Sarah Prather is the founder of Helping Hands Senior Placement, where her passion is guiding seniors and their families through one of life’s most challenging transitions with compassion, clarity, and dignity. She works closely with families to understand care needs, financial considerations, and what truly feels like home—whether that means independent living, assisted living, or memory care.

Sarah is deeply committed to advocating for seniors and ensuring families feel supported, informed, and confident in their decisions every step of the way. Her approach is rooted in kindness, integrity, and a genuine desire to serve.

Outside of her work, Sarah cherishes time with her amazing family, including her supportive husband, four wonderful children, and two beautiful grandchildren. She also enjoys crafting, traveling, practicing yoga, and growing in her faith.
