REGISTRATION FEE:  $25  

  • Registration and Entry Fees: Participants are required to complete a registration form and pay any applicable entry fees by a specified deadline.
  • Code of Conduct: Entrants agree to behave professionally and respectfully, both during the show and in any related activities, and to abide by all event rules and instructions from organizers.
  • Waiver of Liability: Participants agree to release the organizers from liability for any damage, theft, or injury that may occur before, during, or after the event.
  • Photo and Media Release: By entering the show, participants consent to the use of photographs and video footage of their vehicles and likeness for promotional or archival purposes by the event organizers.
  • Cancellation and Refund Policy: Policies regarding cancellations, no-shows, or changes to participation are clearly outlined.  All fees are non-refundable. 
  • Privacy and Data Use: Entrants consent to the collection and use of their personal information in accordance with the event’s privacy policy.

Please allow time for us to process your application. More information will be sent prior to the show regarding arrival time VIA EMAIL.  YOUR SPOT IS NOT RESERVED UNTIL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED DUE.   APPLICATIONS DUE NO LATER THAN 3/27/2026.  FIRST COME FIRST SERVE.   50 BIKE LIMIT!!!!
