Stacey Hill is a dedicated community member who has called Redding home since 2006. With over 15 years of experience in construction and 12 years in the legal field, Stacey brings a unique blend of practical expertise and attention to detail to every project she touches. She has owned a contracting company and managed a roofing and solar business as a licensed General Contractor specializing in solar and roofing. Stacey is also a certified fundamental coach and certified paralegal, allowing her to guide and support others with empathy, clear direction, and a solutions-focused mindset. A 2018 Leadership Redding graduate and former Rotary member, Stacey has long been involved in community leadership and service initiatives. She is a founding member of CAN and served on the board of its prior affiliate nonprofit for four years, continuing to support and strengthen local programs that enrich the community.

Stacey is known for her dedication, determination, and genuine heart for service. She is actively engaged in local projects, always seeking to uplift others and contribute to Redding’s growth and resilience. Outside of her professional and community work, Stacey enjoys traveling, scuba diving, and running, living life with a spirit of adventure and gratitude. She believes in building connections, empowering others, and creating spaces where people feel seen, supported, and inspired to reach their potential.
